To install the mouse:
- Make sure the computer is up-to-date
- Remove all errors from Device Manager
- Connect the mouse to the computer, without using a hub or extension cable.
- The computer will recognize the mouse and install the built-in driver, this may take a few moments
- The mouse is ready to be configured.
- Go to the website and download the latest software for your system (with administrator rights)
- Click on the “Setup GXT 138.exe” and follow the installation wizard.
- Click on the “GXT 138.exe” shortcut to start the software.
- You can now start to configure your mouse.
You can switch this off following these steps:
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Click on System and Security
3. Click on Schedule tasks
4. Delete the task Gx-GmTaskPlan
Yes, it is possible to press multiple buttons simultaneously.
Please note that this doesn't mean that all buttons can be pressed simultaneously, since this depends on the specific hardware of a mouse. Mice may have the hardware limitation that the thumb buttons can't be used together with left/right/mid click.
Press the button on the bottom side of the mouse to switch on/off the LED’s (Only with default mouse settings).
Make sure the mouse is connected and try to start the software again.
If you don't see the MACRO button and other options in the software screen/Key Setting, you need to check the DPI scaling behavior of the computer:

This particular product has been developed for use with the Windows operating systems only.
Therefore drivers or installation instructions for other operating systems such as Mac are not available.
